SUMMARY:Portfolio and Resume Workshop with Jeremy Jerin
DESCRIPTION:Jeremy will cover how to start a portfolio\, what to put in it\, and how to do it with little to no office experience. He will cover frequently asked questions about the hiring process and what offices are looking for in a new employee. Reviewing portfolios of those who were hired directly after school to explain what was done successfully and especially unsuccessfully. The last portion of the workshop will be more of a technical tutorial in InDesign.\nAttendees are urged to bring any attempts of their portfolio or work samples for review. \nMaterials List\n• Attendees are urged to bring any attempts of their portfolio or work samples for review \nPurchase tickets HERE.\nDinner Included.\nSpace for these workshops is limited! Each workshops will have space for 50 students – 21 spaces (7 per year level) for Grads and 28 spaces for undergrads (7 per year level). Reserved Year-Level ticket sales will close at 12pm on the day of the workshop\, at which time any remaining tickets will *INCREASE* in price to $15 and made available to any ENV student. Recent graduates are welcome.
