SUMMARY:How So Calif. Can Lead the Region to a Sustainable Future!
DESCRIPTION:Join Gary Lai from AHBE/MIG for a webinar on the role of landscape architects and climate change. \nIn 2018\, the United Nations’ International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released their special report recommending keeping the world at 1.5 degrees C above pre-industrial levels by 2050.  In response\, municipalities\, non-governmental environmental groups and AE industry professional organizations have dubbed this decade as the “Decade of Action” on Climate Change response.  Landscape Architects are uniquely positioned to not only make a difference in this fight\, but to lead the effort.  Please join me for a discussion on climate change\, local sustainability efforts\, how Landscape Architects will be the key to humanity’s future and how you can get involved.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE \n
