One in four people in Los Angeles County experiences food insecurity. The LA Regional Food Bank’s vision is that no one goes hungry in Los Angeles County. In response to the wildfires that first erupted in January 2025 and spread throughout LA County, the LA Regional Food Bank has increased its operations and program activity to respond to those impacted by the fires. The ASLA SoCal Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) is excited to partner with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to offer this volunteer opportunity to support their efforts in providing meaningful resources and services to those experiencing food insecurity, and to those affected by the wildfires. This event is geared toward ASLA SoCal Emerging Professionals, must be a member of ASLA SoCal. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED + SPACES ARE LIMITED (MAX 20 PEOPLE) – first-come, first-serve, and you must be available for the entire 4 hour volunteer shift from 9am-1pm (more details to be provided after registration).
