Six distinct gardens masterfully nestle around this seminal early modern house. The residence and garden have been a design laboratory for Tichenor & Thorp: a veritable living canvas, undergoing multiple built and living iterations over the years. The Dialogue will address the challenges and rewards of honoring the home’s history in this ongoing garden project and the ways in which the original Harwell Hamilton Harris design has amplified and enhanced the ever-evolving landscape.
