Congratulations to Southern California Chapter member, Baxter Miller, FASLA. A member for over 20 years, Baxter was elevated to the 2021 Class of Fellows at the annual Investiture Dinner at the Omni Hotel in Nashville on November 21. Baxter is a two-time Chapter President, a California Council of ASLA delegate and is currently serving his second three-year term as Chapter Trustee.
