The southern California Chapter welcomes Tracy Wolk to the role of HALS Liaison. HALS Liaisons are ASLA volunteers appointed by their chapter presidents who provide technical and other types of assistance to carry out the mission of the HALS program.

Tracy is a landscape designer based in Los Angeles, known for blending timeless design with sustainability and environmental awareness. An Associate ASLA member and graduate of UCLA Extension’s Landscape Architecture program, she is pursuing a Historic Preservation Certificate at Boston Architectural College, expected to be completed in spring 2025. Tracy’s work focuses on researching, planning, and restoring historic landscapes, strongly emphasizing community collaboration to honor shared heritage, strengthen cultural identity, and create meaningful places.
