Full Time Landscape Architect/Design Draftsperson

Busy, Landscape Architecture firm in Westlake Village, CA specializing in large custom residential and commercial properties, is looking for a Landscape Architect / Design Draftsperson with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in an office environment. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience on Construction Documents, construction detail and client interaction a plus.

This Full-Time position is available immediately

Compensation commensurate to experience: To be determined

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficient in AutoCAD

Ability to work independently along with being a team player.

Good organization, time management, and communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Also, knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch-Up a plus.

Good hand drawing skills – conceptual through rendering a plus.

Assist the Principal both in-office and in construction administration, with ability to work in a team environment.

A knowledge of native, California appropriate and drought tolerant plants desirable.

Knowledge of irrigation design.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
