This rewarding role involves close collaboration with student chapters at USC, UCLA, Cal Poly Pomona, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Key responsibilities include coordinating the annual ASLA Honor and Merit Awards presentations—working alongside professional jurors—and participating in the ceremonies that celebrate student achievement. Throughout the academic year, the liaison provides a vital link between the professional and academic communities, building meaningful relationships and supporting student growth.
