Coming up fast! On September 16, ASLA will participate in PARK(ing) Day, an annual event in which local community members, students, and designers transform metered parking spaces into temporary parklets. We’re asking all of our members to share their parklets (whether i’s from a chapter or any of your individual firms) on social media with #ASLAPD16. Similar to last year, we’ll have a contest where ASLA will pick its favorite student and professional parklets and then publish in Landscape Architecture Magazine.
