In early May, Federal Government Affairs Director Roxanne Blackwell, Hon. ASLA participated in a panel discussion, “Building Back Better: Federal Infrastructure Legislation,” during the American Planning Association’s National Planning Conference. During the panel discussion, Blackwell highlighted the leadership role landscape architects are taking on community infrastructure projects, as well as ASLA’s general infrastructure recommendations report, “Landscape Architects Design Vibrant, Resilient, and Just Communities for All” and the more specific transportation recommendations, “Landscape Architects Design Multimodal Transportation Networks for All.”
